Over the last few months I have been sending out feedback sheets in order to get an honest description of how my clients experienced the sessions and to confirm that the initial goals were achieved.

At the first session I ask every client whether or not it is ok to contact them by post, mobile phone or email so not everyone has or will receive a feedback sheet by post although everyone is given one when they finish their session, course or programme.

I would like to thank everyone that has returned them, some of which will be used as testimonials and will be on the website soon, and thankfully the vast majority were extremely positive. Very few weren't but I do value these as much, if not more, than the expected good ones because it helps me improve every aspect of the service that I offer as a clinical hypnotherapist.
