This week's suggestion should enable you to start getting back in charge of how you think and feel. In an ideal world, we all would be in charge of how we think, feel and behave, and these thoughts, feelings and behaviours would all be positive and beneficial to us. As a hypnotherapist, I aim to help people get to the point where they realise that the words and actions of others are just words and actions. What is important is the meaning that we give to those words and actions. This week's suggestion could help you get back in charge of you.

As always, all you have to do is want, believe and allow the suggestions to happen so really mean it and believe it when you say it. Every day for the next week, achieve "eye-lock" and say several times whenever you are able to;

"I take full responsibility for myself and my actions."

Say it, feel it, believe it, mean it and enjoy doing this.

In order to achieve a light state of hypnosis and the bypassing of the critical factor, use the "Eye-lock" technique and don't kid yourself, don't just close your eyes, make sure that you have "eye-lock". It galls me to say this but I feel I must; please do not close your eyes whilst driving, operating machinery or whenever it is inappropriate for you to do so.

Give yourself this suggestion at least 50 times a day for a week and really feel it when you say it. You don't have to say it out load, just repeat it to yourself in your mind, but say it with meaning and feel it as you say it. You can, of course, tell yourself as often as you like. The best time to do this is when you are still in bed in the morning, just before you become fully awake, or at night before you go to sleep. Give yourself the suggestion at least 25 times in the morning and at least 25 times at night, it will only take a minute or two. Don't just say the words but really feel it and mean it as give yourself the suggestion. Also, you should want and allow it to happen, and remember not to kid yourself, make sure you achieve eye-lock.

If you want and allow this suggestion to take effect, you want to feel better about yourself, and you allow it to happen, notice how much better you could feel after doing this for a week.
