I'm back at work today at the start of a busy period helping people achieve their New Years resolutions, although I'm still in the Christmas spirit and mood.

Had a wonderful and hectic few days so far with visits from the outlaws, sorry, in-laws and visits from my mob and yes, I did eat too many mince pies, too much chocolate and drank too much. The waist size has expanded a little bit too much but that can be rectified over the next few weeks.

Even though I'm a hypnotherapist, I can't make myself indestructible like Captain Scarlet!
