There is a massive mind-body connection. If we feel fantastic, we are more likely to whizz around getting things done, we have more energy, we sleep better, our posture improves, we have a more positive and enthusiastic outlook on life and our brain & body performs much better. If we feel crappy and depressed, we are less likely to whizz around getting things done, we have less energy, maybe we have a poor sleep pattern, our posture is poor, we have a more negative outlook on life and our brain & body under perform.

Generally, our physical bodies and behaviours are a reflection of how we feel and our feelings & emotions belong in the realms of our subconscious mind.

Maybe you know someone, or know of someone, whose hair turned grey overnight. Could this be because they may have suffered a sudden shock and the grief was overwhelming? Of course it could, and the feelings created in the mind have a dramatic and immediate effect on the body. If you have a particularly bad dream, your heart rate may increase, your breathing may become faster, you may start sweating and shaking, all of this because the subconscious mind thinks it is actually happening, imagination to the subconscious mind is real.

Quite simply, if we feel better about ourselves, this positive feeling is reflected in our physical being and hypnotherapy is one of the quickest methods available that helps us feel better about ourselves.

I am sure that virtually every physical complaint or condition could be helped by a positive outlook. I believe that healing from the inside-out could have a dramatic and rapid, beneficial effect on virtually any physical condition or complaint.
