Lily Allen recently lost weight, slimmed down from a size 12 to a size 8 and claims it's all down to hypnosis. She apparently had three sessions of hypnotherapy and now says "I've never been happier". She claims to be more motivated to go to the gym and now enjoys eating healthy food.
