I have been off-line since Friday 6th to Thursday 12 April due to a technical fault. My broadband supplier blamed the cards in my PC, PC World were very helpful when I bought the cards, after fitting them and still not being able to connect to the net I phoned my computer manufacturer helpline at £1.50 a minute and after several minutes they told me they could not help and I had to call another line!, then spoke to my broadband supplier again who then said it was probably the router and they would send another one. The new modem/router arrived a couple of hours ago so I am back on-line! The recent Bank Holiday weekend here in the UK did not help in getting a swift outcome.

I have now responded to all emails but if you did send one and did not receive a reply, please resend the message because it may have got caught in the Spam box and been deleted before I could see it.

The Monday Motivation item and the Self-Hypnosis suggestions for this week could not be posted to the blog but will be back as per usual next Monday.

Apologies to anyone and everyone who received a late reply to their emails but, to coin a phrase, it was due to circumstances beyond my control.
